K5 International is an independent entertainment company focused on producing, financing, and distributing premium content. Daniel Baur rebooted K5 International with a new mandate and experienced team of sales veterans. K5 International is headquartered in Cologne, Germany.

K5 International‘s upcoming slate AFM 2025 includes action thriller HEARTLESS directed by Camille Delamarre staring Jeanne Goursaud and Colin Morgen, martial arts action MRI starring Iko Uwais from THE RAID franchise, ultra photorealistic animation CORTÉS and scifi-series SPACE NATION produced by ex machina studios and sci-fi thriller LOST PLANET starring Alexandra Shipp and Brenton Thwaites.

K5 International has also in pre-production and post-production romantic comedy PRINCESS starring Lucy Hale and Adam Demos directed by Lina Roessler, thriller NOVEMBER 1963 directed by Roland Joffé starring John Travolta, Dermont Mulroney, Mandy Patinkin, Robert Carlyer and Jefferson White and action comedy THE BUTLER starring Jean Reno, Tom Hollander and Molly McCann.

K5 International teamed up with Kevin Costner´s Territory Pictures for the four-part film series HORIZON: AN AMERICAN SAGAK5 International represents Kevin Costners film library including DANCES WITH WOLVES (12 nominations for Academy Awards in 1991, won 7 Academy Awards as Best Director and Best Picture), OPEN RANGE and MR. BROOKS.

 

K5 International‘s catalog includes Jim Jarmusch's PATERSON with Adam Driver, Andrew Niccol's ANON with Clive Owen and Amanda Seyfried, THE RELUCTANT FUNDAMENTALIST directed by Mira Nair with Riz Ahmed, Kate Hudson and Kiefer Sutherland and Foreign Academy Award Nominated LAND OF MINE directed by Martin Zandvliet.

K5 International was initially founded by Daniel Baur and Oliver Simon in Munich in 2006.
