Joko Palu is used to being the most feared man in the room — a hitman with ice in his veins and blood on his hands.

But time has caught up to Joko, who now finds himself limping through life, nursing a wrecked knee and the fallout from a family he pushed away.

As Joko undergoes a seemingly routine MRI procedure at the hospital, a gang of merciless thugs take over the entire building in order to kidnap the young daughter of a powerful crime boss. Now trapped inside, outnumbered and outgunned, Joko grits through the pain on a hobbled crusade through blood-soaked corridors to take out the bad guys, save the little girl, and maybe even earn one last shot at redemption.
